Inmate Commissary Account

You can put money on an account established for each inmate that they can use to purchase goods from the online commissary or for hygiene or Non-RX items.  Money will only be accepted on visitation days or using Access Corrections here, or the link below.

How may I contact an inmate by phone?   


Family members and friends of inmates are given the option to set up prepaid calling accounts that allows calls from an inmate in a correctional facility to your telephone number without the restrictions of standard billing. After a prepaid calling account is established, collect calls to the telephone number may be placed up to the prepaid amount in the account.

For callers receiving calls on Cell/Smart phones, VOIP phones or unbillable phones, contact 1-800-583-9683 to establish an account or you may not be able to receive calls.


Inmates can use funds from their commissary account to make prepaid calls from the jail and allows calls from an inmate in a correctional facility to your telephone number.  After a prepaid calling account is established, calls to the telephone number may be placed up to the prepaid amount in the account.  Funds from the commissary account will be deducted for these calls.

The other option for this method is to establish an account CTel their webpage. Funds loaded here will only count toward the phone systems.

Telephone calls cannot be placed to inmates.  Inmates have daily access to phones that allow them to place calls. The Jail staff will not deliver messages to inmates.

Clothing Items

Authorized items for inmates are: one (1) set of long johns, three (3) pairs of boxer style underwear and three (3) pairs of socks.  All clothing items must be white.  Any excess will be placed in inmate property.  Only BRAND NEW ITEMS still in the store packing will be accepted.  These items can only be received by the jail through the mail. The Jail will no longer accept items at the door. See mailing instructions for delivery instructions and address.

Outside Medications

AIf inmate medications are not brought in during arrest, the jail will accept current prescribed medications at the jail.  The can be brought to the jail at any time.  Do not bring Over the Counter (OTC) medications, they will not be allowed.
